Heavy rains and flooding in the upper regions of the country, Prime Minister personally oversees rescue and relief operations
The Prime Minister is in constant contact with the Chairman NDM to ensure the delivery of relief supplies to the affected districts, the evacuation of people to safe places, and the speedy and effective search operation for missing persons. The Federal Minister for Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, on the special instructions of the Prime Minister, spent the entire day visiting the flood-affected areas in KPK and personally supervised the delivery of relief supplies.
